Eduard – Co-founder & Coordinator

With a degree in Cadastre and Geodesy, complemented by a Master in Ecological Agriculture, Eduard has 4 years of experience in cadastre and 10 years in agricultural land acquisition and management. His professional background has given him a broad perspective on the processes of land identification, transaction and efficient land valorization. Within AgriContinuum, Eduard develops growth strategies and initiates partnerships with farmers, companies and authorities, contributing to the implementation of best practices in the field.

Raluca – Co-founder & Coordinator

A graduate of the Faculty of Economics with a Master's degree in Ecological Agriculture, Raluca has over 15 years of experience in the agricultural sector. She has held key roles in the management of an investment fund specialized in the acquisition and management of agricultural land, contributing significantly to the development of farms in different regions of the country. Her passion for agriculture and her knowledge of sustainability motivates her to promote, within AgriContinuum, projects that capitalize on Romanian agricultural traditions and integrate them in the modern context, through innovative technologies and sustainable solutions.

WHO WE ARE?

AgriContinuum was born from the desire of a group of agricultural professionals to capitalize on the experience gained in Romania over the years. We have seen how the transformation of Romanian agriculture is an example of perseverance and adaptation, and through this legacy we aim to build a better future for future generations of farmers.

We focus on innovative farming techniques and environmental protection, developing programs to help young farmers improve their skills. These programs include workshops on sustainable farming practices and farm management mentoring. We also facilitate links between farmers and international markets to increase their profitability and open up new opportunities.

Our team is made up of agricultural experts committed to make a positive impact in the agricultural sector. We strongly believe that a strong and prosperous agricultural sector is essential to the economic health of communities. That's why we promote a culture of sustainability and innovation, ensuring that farmers not only survive, but thrive in an ever-changing environment.
